Great Doctor

Dr. Desautel is a caring doctor and I have been his patient for over 7 years. His care is genuine and the path he leads is trustable and well grounded. The office did not receive 5 stars this time since the ball dropped. My wife and I overheard a three month next procedure, but it was supposed to be monthly. Thus I missed two injections. Fortunately my PSA did not skyrocket. He attributed it to one of his lead assistants leaving. The whole office appears overworked. Getting or changing an appointment is difficult over the phone. Virtually impossible. I lost no trust in the doctor, but there should be some safeguards by the staff or doctor before I arrive to make sure his expectations were delivered upon. If those were in place, scheduling would have me in the office the two months I missed for treatment. Instead I will need to do a double treatment next month and perhaps the subsequent month. I would refer anyone who is looking for a skilled urologist to Dr. Desautel.

I just wish he had told me that in the first place. On top of that he didn’t give me clear instructions on when the new lab work was to be done and he failed to give me a lab work order. A
