Love the Dr, but this is the third time in a row where I wasn’t seen until almost one hour past my scheduled appointment . I filled out my paperwork prior to my appointment so who’s time is being saved here?
Well he didn't really look at me much he shook my hand and told me about flick kegels, no reference materials. Very quickly went over some timing strategies like pee at a certain time everyday nothing that I didn't already know. Just another old lady coming in with incontinence. Offered me some medication.
Dr Desautel and his staff are great. So glad to have found them to guide me through my issues with kidney stones. A previous experience with the same issues was a nightmare so I appreciate being in good hands.
