A+ for everything! Timeliness of appointment, and Dr. Smith is great. Everything was thoroughly explained, and I was given ample opportunity to ask questions. Those questions were answered completely and with patience.

After being under his care for over 6 months and constantly billing my insurance company they kept giving me the run around for surgery. They had the option to fax documentation into insurance company but elected to mail it. Of which, my insurance company never received. Upon final visit he refused to do the surgery and offered referrals to a specialist.
