A wasted visit.....I asked to be seen with urgent card when I called scheduling & was given this appt. X-rays were done & advised to see primary care. Nothing was given or recommended to me for pain relief. I'm so sick of medical professionals who won't go that extra mile to help patients anymore. My insurance is going to be billed for nothing but x-rays only because I received no other service. Secondly, I don't know why the x-rays urgent care took 1 month ago could have been used but Everytime you come there new x-rays are taken when these Drs can see previous x-rays been taken....smh!!! Drs billing insurance unnecessary to keep their pockets fat!!!

I would like to speak to him regarding the steroid he prescribed. It says it can’t be taken if I have a fungus. I do have a toenail fungus. I need him to prescribe a different steroid for the pain I have which I discussed with him.

Have been very happy working with Dr Casale. I had a trimalleolar ankle facture. I had an ankle reduction in the ER (by the Er doctor) after my injury. When I went to him about doing the surgery, he could tell looking at the X-ray the reduction wasn't good enough and attempted to do it in the office (with numbing on the ankle). When that still wasn't working he went ahead and had me go to the hospital OR and scheduled to come by after his normal work at Raleigh Orthopaedic to do the reduction while I was under. Today I'm now 6 weeks out from the actual surgery and can start weight bearing. He was both professional and easy to talk to about what to expect. I feel he really wants to do what is best for his patients so their recovery is timely.

I was upset as I showed him my pain spot in my sprained ankle which I had mostly recovered from and he pressed hard into that spot and Reinhard it. As I am older it created lasting issues so far making walking difficult. I am sure I will recover but think he lacks practical experience with older people problems.

Office changed my appointment time on 2 occasions. They asked me to come in 1/2 early on the revised date and then made me sit in the lobby for 30 minutes before being seen. It seemed like my time or needs were not important to this practice and I don't plan on returning.

Clear & concise!

Dr. Casale goes above and beyond and spends time speaking with each patient. I've had two surgeries with Dr. Casale and not only did he go over the surgeries with my husband after my surgery but he made sure he saw me after my surgery in recovery.

Dr. Casales was excellent. My only complaint is that he is only at this location on Wednesdays. On other days a PA serves patients.
