I didn't feel like he spent enough time with me. Even when I asked questions he came off like he was in a hurry. He spent about 7 minutes in the room with me. He didn't even show me the exrays let alone go over them with me. I walked away feeling disappointed and invisible.

We didn't get get to see Dr. Cantrell on first post-op visit, but his nurse practioner, Kent, was excellent and answered all questions. Very prompt, took us early, staff friendly and efficient.

Treatment was great, recovery sucks but keep at it and don't do too much and re-injure your joint. After 3 months I've gotten 95% of my movement back and look forward to where I will be in another 3.

Dr Cantrell is very friendly and down to earth. Unfortunately he no longer does knee replacement surgery but he did refer me to on of his colleagues. I have all the confidence in his referral in the world .

After our very first consultation, I would have rated maybe three stars. But now, post-surgery with several consults and follow-up visits by both my wife and me (as patients), I think five stars is not overboard. Doc Cantrell almost feels like a close family member concerned about our health. Over the years, my wife and I have been to several orthopedic surgeons as our insurance requirements dictate change. Dr. Cantrell is the best. He performed my shoulder sugery 18 months ago. I have not had issues with it since. I went to see him this morning for a knee issue. He gave me good news, I don't need surgery, I just have inflammation.

Listened and explained well

Dr. Cantrell did an excellent job dealing with my son's shoulder injury. There was extensive damage due to repeated dislocation, but with the surgery and physical therapy, he's almost 100% now. This could have ruined my son's ability to go to college as he's on an athletic scholarship. No issue now.

Doc was great, experience was horrible. Support staff isn’t equipped to handle adverse questions. Overall experience wasn’t good. Dr and Team are great folks…just need some training. Probably won’t ever go back…will find another option.
