Dr Campbell performed two cataract surgeries both with a complete and successful result. He treats my mild glaucoma and it hasn’t gotten worse since detected years ago.

He’s great, very attentive. I didn’t feel like he was rushing to be done like most doctors. I was just surprised I had an early appointment and still ended up waiting over 15 min to be taken back.

Very personable office staff. Everyone was friendly & I noticed their patience with a lot of elderly patients that were there. I also appreciate that I didn't feel rushed through my appointment.

Waited over 1.5 hours to see Dr. Campbell for less than 5 minutes. I was standing when he came in due to the long wait of sitting. I tried to explain why I was so upset about being forgotten in the waiting room after my eyes were dilated but he just kept saying my eyes were dilated only 10 minutes before. The girl at the desk then said to him it was one hour and 10 minutes ago. It seemed he was in a hurry. He told me he doesn't need to see me any more and to make my next appointment with the optometrist. (If that was the case why wasn't this done when I made this appointment??) In the past I definitely would have given him 5 stars and have recommended him many times. I truly understand that this office had only been open a few days ago because of the fire. This visit was a disaster and I left with tears in my eyes. When a patient is placed back in the waiting room because there are no rooms someone should be monitoring these patients. Felt that he talks down to me. Was not aware of cataracts last year and he felt within a year or 2 would have to have them done. Dr Pfohl had said they were not bad. Dr Campbell said no one would say that. Everyone had them. Seems he had no patience with patients. Will probably look for new Dr.
