I thought Dr. Brown was thorough explaining all necessary information- to both myself and to my child (the patient).
He showed compassion and understanding as well.

This is the second time we’ve seen this provider and we took our son a year ago for possible tubes he said he couldn’t put tubes in since he didn’t have an ear infection or failed a hearing test. Since then our son keeps getting ear infections and is allergic to amoxicillin and cefdinir last infection he had zpack didn’t help so he had to be put on Keflex which is a strong antibiotic and hard on the stomach. Two of his pediatricians were concerned about his ear infections and said they both think he needs tubes due to being allergic to certain antibiotics and don’t want him to become resistant. We couldn’t get in until the end of June and by then of course the ear infection was cleared up and he did have two failed hearing tests at the pediatrician office. Both times we were told by this dr to see an allergist and we have. He takes an inhaler as needed and Zyrtec

Saw as a new patient. He listened and took time to discuss options. Was good at shared decision making.

Wasted time, money, and effort and no ROI. He was dismissive and seemed to be "phoning it in". I pay co-pays I can't afford and hours of a day to gamble 15 minutes on a longshot - that the medical provider I placed my bet on will be professionally present and engaged despite the better odds of indifferent perfunctory presence. 100% job security begets minimum effort.
