Have been receiving care from Dr. Brottman for over 15 years and love him as my doctor but your practice has failed miserably when it comes to serving your patients. 9 times out of 10, when I got to Elmhurst Center for health to get my bloodwork, your order is never accessible. Do you realize how miserable it is to fast, get up early, go in for blood work and have the receptionist say "there's no order here". Please fix this!

Dr Brottman was excellent but girl who took my blood pressure did not know what she was doing. The test took about 3 seconds and it did not put pressure or tighten around my arm I am sure it resulted in a faulty reading and giving me a lack of confidence in the group
