I think he's probably a good doctor, but completely focused on my habits. Perseverated on smoking, and whether I ate snacks and cheese. I'm hoping humiliation will help me to arrive at better outcomes. Discounted the fact that I've been on antiretrovirals for 28 years and that it damaged my liver and my ability to metabolize fats properly because of Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease. NO office privacy. Cubicles remind me of animal stalls. I could hear all the conversations with other patients and was able to time the visits.
