I understand they were shorthanded that day but nothing was ever said about them running behind. They were over 1 hour behind & then I felt like I was rushed through my appointment. I could hear how long was spent with the rooms on either side of me because I could hear when they went in & came out. Just even a quick "hey sorry we are running behind we'll be with you as soon as we can" goes a long way. I've been in Healthcare for over 20 years & have always been taught that. My time is just as important as yours. If I showed up 1 hour late for my appointment you wouldn't see me. Patients time & schedules are just as important as your time & schedule. If it weren't for us patients you wouldn't have a practice.

Competent and straight forward

Dr. Babcock and staff all get a 5 from me. However, I didn't like having to download an app onto my phone. I'm not a fan of "patient" portals either.... As a 45 year health care worker myself, I have issues with the depersonalization that technology is putting between the patient and the office. I understand that reducing staff saves money, but in my opinion at the cost of patient relationships.
