Great Doctor

Patient for at least 20 yrs or more. Had not seen him for several yrs and scheduled with another associate. Associate quickly dismissed my concerns without further questioning/researching. Will always seek out Dr Babcock even if I need to schedule months in advance. He speaks directly, quickly nfo. gathers, and takes immediate, tangible steps to identify the problem. If he can't treat, he will tell you and give factual data why.

I understand they were shorthanded that day but nothing was ever said about them running behind. They were over 1 hour behind & then I felt like I was rushed through my appointment. I could hear how long was spent with the rooms on either side of me because I could hear when they went in & came out. Just even a quick "hey sorry we are running behind we'll be with you as soon as we can" goes a long way. I've been in Healthcare for over 20 years & have always been taught that. My time is just as important as yours. If I showed up 1 hour late for my appointment you wouldn't see me. Patients time & schedules are just as important as your time & schedule. If it weren't for us patients you wouldn't have a practice.

Thorough, helpful, honest, fun. A good doctor!

Competent and straight forward

Dr. Babcock and staff all get a 5 from me. However, I didn't like having to download an app onto my phone. I'm not a fan of "patient" portals either.... As a 45 year health care worker myself, I have issues with the depersonalization that technology is putting between the patient and the office. I understand that reducing staff saves money, but in my opinion at the cost of patient relationships.
