All of the urologists were names on paper when I started looking for a urologist. So very happy I selected Dr. Chiusano. Always made sure I understood everything and I am now in a much better place.

Even though I arrived at an incorrect time, he squeezed me into the schedule. Always kind & explains everything that I have questions about.

Waited over an hour to be seen by the doctor.

Good experience overall. I did sit and wait 1/2 hour beyond my appointment time.

Long time in waiting room

Doctor Chisuano is always cheery and in a good mood while also displaying true concern for my medical situation during the visit.

Takes time to talk with you and is super friendly. That said he is a GREAT doctor!

Great Doctor. Very easy going. Takes all if your fears away when you talk with him. Walks you through every step of what could happen and what will happen. I really cant say enough nice things about him wish there was a higher rating to give him!!

Ask him exactly when you can see your test results on the portal. Best to study the prostate biopsy report before your appointment. You’ll be prepared to ask better questions.

Dr. Chiusano is a very busy Doctor but never cuts anyone short. He takes all the time that each patient needs until all of their questions and concerns are addressed and they are satisfied with the results of the visit.

Dr Chiusano is a good listener and was genuinely concerned about my health and safety. He patiently addressed all my questions and his consultation was clear and unhurried.

Rude and impatient. Did not understand that I couldn’t be touched in certain places and completely stopped his whole analysis after obnoxiously flinging his gloves into the trash can out of frustration. I felt very uncomfortable and judged for simply being in pain and having a cringe. I would not recommend him.

Unfortunately, the doctor and some staffers no longer wear masks when treating patients. Covid still kills more people than prostate cancer, so it doesn’t make sense for the doctor’s office to cause that risk.

Everyone in the office is great! Very helpful. Dr Chiusano listens to my concerns and answers in ways I understand.

Visit was pleasant, happy to see everyone and pleased that the doctor had recovered from his surgery. Good news all around. Follow up in a year!

Dr.Chiusano is by far a very superior doctor. He is so knowledgeable and has helped me get through a kidney stone & kidney infection. After 1 urgent care visit & 2 ER visits he saw me as soon as they could get me in & had me feeling as good as you can whole passing a kidney stone. After that I had a 3rd ER visit & ended up in hospital for kidney infection. A week later I had a follow-up with Dr. Chiusano and the infection was still there. He looked over my hospital records & put me on a antibiotic for 3 weeks. Just had my follow-up & cystoscopy & everything is back to normal & I feel great. He & his whole staff are wonderful. Dr. Chiusano also explains things so you really understand & know what's going on. He treats my husband and son for kidney stones & since they've been seeing him & on preventative meds, no stones. Knock on wood. I recommend Dr. Chiusano to anyone looking for a doctor they can count on for urological needs. You won't be disappointed.

He did a wonderful job explaining how diabetes affects urology. He was clear, and used layman's terms. He laid out treatment options and explained the pros and cons. He was great!
