Great doctor and technical staff! However, on my last few visits the girls who do check in for Dr Novak didn’t smile or say hello. They have barely even looked up. Not good representatives for Retina Assoc. There used to be a woman who had black curly hair, probably shoulder length and she was just wonderful. Always bubbly with a smile on her face welcoming you in. I wonder what happened to her?
