I feel like I am in a factory. Waiting more than an hour to see him for estimated ten minutes. Schedule is constantly over booked with no consideration for patient schedule

This appointment day & time was given to me for next day follow up from surgery. I waited over an hour to see Dr Novak and was not seen by him or any Doctor, but a Physician Assistant.
