I waited 1 hour before I was brought back to the exam room. Waited another 1/2 before Dr Neuman walked in & was ready to give me my shot in the right knee! I said NO it is the LEFT knee that needs it..So anther 10 minutes went by so my chart could be changed to the correct knee. I have had these shots before in this office, how did they make such a bad mistake? Then Dr Neuman said this is your second shot, I said NO this is my first shot in my left knee. What is going on with the help?? Not a happy Patient Not happy,!!!
Very caring professionals!
The absolute BEST! Dr. Miranda took the time in a busy clinic to explain to my 14 yo daughter about her injury by explaining the results of her MRI and Xray. He is very caring and treated my daughter like she was one of his own. Thank you for the exceptional care. His PA Kelly keeps the office running efficiently and made sure my daughter’s PT order was in and we got a call from PT right after we left the appointment. Great experience!
Very welcoming and pleasant. Discussed my options and answered all my questions. Will return for surgical treatment.
