Nothing explained, felt rushed, waiting two hours to be passed of to another doctor. A quick call saying he was running 2 hours late and referring me to a better fit for my problem would have saved me time and money

The doctor was running about 2 hours late. Came with the hopes of gel injection for my knee. He said he didn't do gel because it didn't work. I said that I didn' want a knee replacement. He told me he could give me a steroid injection. Left the room. There was no discussion
. He spent about 5 minutes with me before returning to give me a steroid injection. Then told me to make a f/u appointment in 3 months for another injection. It was obvious that he was overbooked. Speaking as a retired physical therapist in orthopedics, I feel this is bad for both the doctor and the patient. I will keep my 3 month appointment and hopefully the doctor will not be running 2 hours late.

Dr. Miranda knows his stuff. He also takes time to joke and explain processes so that it makes the appointment so much less stressful. I just scheduled surgery with him because he makes me feel confident to do a replacement.

Although I did not get to see Dr. Miranda, his staff/associates were very competent.
