Professional. Clear, concise communication. This was my third replacement done by Dr. Miranda and team.

The wait for an 11 am appointment was over two hours. Lily l Ed us to the exam room and at the conclusion of the appointment provided us with all follow-up instructions in a very friendly, efficient, and professional manner. Kelly, Dr. Miranda’s PA took the lead a the exam and gathered all pertinent information. She conducted an extensive exam noting a variety of deficiencies and recommendations. She then turned the exam over to Dr. Miranda who repeated a number of the areas and agreed with Jelly’s conclusions. They recommended a variety of follow up procedures and set a follow up appointment. Kelly and Dr. Miranda were both very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Everything was great except… my appointment was for 3:30 pm and I wasn’t seen until 6 pm but he did not rush my time with him. My drive home was 1 hour and 15 minutes so I arrived home at 8 pm. I understand things happen and Dr’s get behind but that was not ok.

Dr. Miranda was very friendly and answered my questions. He trained with my previous doctor, Dr. Bernasek and recommended by Dr. Bernasek staff.
