Exceptional provider. Not only is professional, knowledgeable, efficient, but has a genuine care for her patients. She is warm and kind and has the ability to do her work in a fast paced environment while managing to have conversations with her patients explaining what she finds and answers questions with a smile on her face and doesn't make you feel like you are not just a number of get you in and out. The medical profession could use many more just like her. I will be reccomending her to many of my friends..

Dr. Taylor did a great job explaining what was happening as well as her approach to finding a solution. She also took the time to discuss her thoughts with another doctor to confirm her thinking. Her approach and communication made me feel much better than other doctors that I have seen.

I've had a good experience with Dr. Taylor, until this last visit. While the information and care that she was giving was good, it felt very rushed and lacked empathy. I waited 45 minutes to see her, and she spent probably 10 minutes in total with me. It is very frustrating to have the medical staff stand up while you are sitting down and still asking questions and then walk to the door. It felt rushed, and it makes me and my questions feel insignificant. It was a disappointing visit and it undid a lot of the trust and value of expertise she had previously established. The technician standing at the door with her hand on the knob, with a flat affect, almost like she was timing me to get out of the chair has left me with a very frustrated feeling and opinion.

Dr Taylor is a superb ophthalmologist. She is kind and compassionatevand extremely thorough. She is very knowledgeable and skilled. Her exam was excellent and she provided guidance and recommendations to all questions. She asked me a question I’ve never been ask by an optometrist. She asked if I’d grown up around chickens (which I had) and said I had 2 of three symptoms of histoplasmosis. She was very professional and knowledgeable.

An employee named Peggy was awful. She reminded me at least 3 times of her 40 years of experience (I never got her title!) She was hasty and didn't treat me with empathy or respect.

Absolutely amazing eye doctor. Very thorough on my care plan. Very attentive if I had any questions or concerns regarding my eye problems. I was referred to University Eye Specialist from a coworker. Ever glad I went. I called two weeks ago and I had a major problem with an infected gland in my left eye. They got me in the same day. Of course this was the first time with doctor Mia. Looking forward to my follow up in a month.
