He was 45 min late. They had me do X-rays b/4 I saw him. He did nothing for me. He told me to take anti inflammatory meds and said it was ok to use my shoulder as normal, including yoga, weight classes, heavy house work and lifting? Somehow that can’t be right when I’m in pain and have clicking and grinding in my shoulder. It’s been over a month since I injured it and there is definitely something wrong. On Monday if not better after anti inflammatory then he would schedule imaging. So, it’s been a month and a half and it’s going to get magically better when I double up on the anti inflammatories I was already taking? Wish I had gone somewhere else.
