I came to my appointment feeling very apprehensive about the condition of my elbow and the prospects for recovery. I left feeling greatly relieved that surgery has a high probability of success and I can return to the life I want to live.

My injury to the left shoulder is more observable & felt when lifting hand bells or bar bells. More weight makes it feel worse.
In your exam room, w/o any weight, my shoulder could move w/o any pain or restriction.
I felt foolish in your examination because
I wasn’t able to show you the problem. I know it wasn’t a major issue, but I wanted to avoid this getting worse.
My suggestion would have been for you to observe me lifting some weight, so you could better see my issue.
