It’s been almost 6 weeks since my Reverse Total Shoulder Replacement and it is doing great. My compliments and appreciation to Dr. Heisey and her staff.

Dr Heisey and her entire staff are friendly and very efficient. My surgery and recovery have been flawless. I have recommended, and will continue to recommend Dr Heisey.

Dr Heisey is amazing! I did not care for having to fill out ALL of the questions on the tablet when I checked in! It took at least 20 minutes and it was all info I had already given the last time I was there. I hope this is something I won't have to do every time I go there.

Dr. Heisey is the best! She does anything to take the pain away and help you. No other doctor would listen to how much pain I was in and she did. I had surgery and now pain free every day. I wish more doctors would be caring and take time to listen to their patients like she does! She rocks!

Dr Meredith Heisey replaced my left shoulder May 10, 2022 and did a great job. She did the reverse total shoulder replacement and told me it was less painful than the rotator cuff surgery because I was concerned about it being painful. I only took pain pills for three days after surgery, then if I had pain I would put ice on it to relieve me of any pain. I highly recommend Dr Heisey for your surgery needs!

I didn't really feel as if she was interested in helping me. She was very short. Even cut me off mid sentence when i was trying to explain the location of my pain, then questioned it twice as she stated it was in a different location on my previous visit. I will say she did a great job on my right knee so as a surgeon i would give her an A, but as a professional capable of conveying a "i care" attitude.....D

She is very good at explaining what she is going to do and what she wants you to do to help with recovery after surgery.

I know there are concerns with covid, but Dr only diagnosed my condition via x-rays not feeling my shoulder once even after I explained what I was feeling and hearing.
