I honestly cannot say enough good things about Dr Mayo! She has been decisive, trustworthy and confident through my entire treatment. As a patient, it can be scary and anxiety provoking knowing you need surgery surgery, but I always felt like things were going to go well with her as my surgeon! She advocated for me with my insurance to help me get proper care and in the end we were able to get all the procedures done I needed :-) She would be my first call if I ever had any other Orthopedic needs!

Dr Mayo is that hard to find balance of being clearly a master of her areas of expertise but at the same time plain spoken and easy to talk to.

Dr was very personable, a good listener and thorough with her explanations. She provided different care options and explained how we would proceed it the next steps didn't work. She laid out a plan so I didn't have to cone back in the office but could proceed accordingly if things were OK or not and requested I call the office in 6 weeks to report in either way. I really appreciated that vs just closing the door today but she would wait to see if the initial next steps addressed the problem. Highly recommend

Please change her picture! She very attractive and the picture doesn’t do her justice. One my best visits to a doctor - she took time to explain treatment options and explained overall prognosis.

From my condition, it's hard for me to be more efficient She told me someone was going to see me for a better sized sling. When he came, I was surprised to be told the sling I had was good enough, I just had to use it correctly! I'm ashamed of myself that I wasn't used the sling I had more correctly where for would of been better off if I was more effective. It's all because my brain has been damaged!
