When one is in a room with an assistant or a doctor, it is difficult to concentrate on the task to be accomplished by the Dr. or technicianwhen one has a view of the incoming patients traipsing in toward one's exam room towards the exam room with their technician or doctor. As happened for exam room No. 1.with both technician as well as the doctor today. I am hard of hearing and my aids pick up speech well when there is no other noises around. I felt as if i was in the lobby till i had to request that the door to the exam room be closed for both technician and the doctor. Also one does not feel as if they are private if the door is left open during their exam.
