Dr. Mell Duggan graduated from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, and earned his medical degree at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) School of Medicine in 1984. In addition to being a partner of Urology Centers of Alabama, Dr. Duggan has served as chairman of the Medical Center East Department of Surgery and as president of the Birmingham Urology Club.
