Dr. Lopez was fantastic with my 6 & 10, year old, she was new to us this year and I now prefer her. She has a great personality for working with kids and her cheerful disposition put mine at ease.

Only issue is I always have to wait soooo long.. i think St Paul Eye is one of the worst as far as being on time.. took about 30+ minutes on a 10: 00 appt and I arrived 15 minute early. Got a lot reading in though in my book.

She was super helpful and really nice

The eye doctor we seen was great. She was so patient with my daughter. The only upsetting part is the clinic accepted our insurance for my daughter’s eye exam, but didn’t cover the frames. So my daughter is still without glasses and we have no idea where to go for her to get a pair.

It was our first visit to this clinic and our first meeting with this doctor. She didn't introduce herself to my daughter or myself and then just proceeded to test my daughter's eyes without explaining what she was doing. We also had to wait an extremely long time between meeting with the tech and getting to meet with the doctor - over 30 minutes. Additionally, I had asked when we booked our appointment that my daughter get fitted for contacts. After being there for an hour and a half the doctor asked if we wanted to wait to meet with the contacts person - there had been no arrangement ahead of time for this part of the appointment. It was a very frustrating experience overall.
