I just came out of ER (Monday morning) because my daughter was having ear pain and she failed to figure that out when we visited her on Saturday despite and she didn’t prescribe antibiotics although my daughter was complaining about ear pain

Dr Eaton is an excellent professional, very kind and calm. She always takes the time to answer every doubt and question that I can have. We chose her 18 years ago when my oldest was only 5 and we keep choosing her with no hesitation.

Doctor was amazing. But the nurse assistant acted very cold and not a warm person at all.
You dont have to show yoir attitude to patients when they are already in pain with kids.
So keep your attitude nurse to yourself !!
