Dr. McNally cares for a wide range of general urology conditions with an emphasis on neuro-urology, kidney stones, overactive bladder, and urinary incontinence. She has extensive experience performing bladder Botox treatments, PTNS (percutaneous tibial nerve stimulation), and sacral neuromodulation.
She is passionate about using advanced technology to address complex clinical challenges and values the integration of surgical skill with thoughtful medical decision-making. I appreciated the time Dr. McNally spent with me, and addressed my concerns with detailed information.
Kind, informative. Believes in listening well to the patient.
She was not friendly & kept insisting get my medical records which made no sense explained her have not been to my RA in years my regular doctor treats me as needed my meds were on list are accurate . Had reaction to cipro will not take again she seem annoyed by it doesn’t matter what’s in my records I had side effect will not .
Dr McNally was attentive, listened to my concerns and was thorough in her assessment and plans going forward.
I Didn’t feel rushed. She explained everything.
Very personable, approachable, knowledgable. Took a thoughtful approach to my issues and explained things well in understandable terms without being patronizing. Prompt, thorough, professional.
Melanie is fabulous. I feel I’m in good hands with her.
