Dr. Lemke was thorough, attentive, and detail-oriented. She noticed a detail about my toddler that had been overlooked by other providers and wrote a referral to another specialist for a deeper look. She was on-time and took we her time with us. Everyone in the back was very friendly and personable!

What an amazing physician! After years of dealing with sinus/potential allergy issues, Dr. Lemke talked me through different scenarios that no other physician has. We have a game plan moving forward for my treatment and other ideas of things don’t work! Needless to say, I am very pleased that I found her. I highly recommend!

I began hayfever treatments in 1957. I have been treated by many doctors in 4 cities .. Treated by doctor Lemke,l sometimes forget l ever had hayfever.

I have seen Dr Lemke for a few years now. I am very pleased with her. She has always listened to every word I’ve said regarding my health issues. She is very knowledgeable and I trust her with my treatment. Very pleased.

Dr. L is great. She is thoughtful in her responses and she listens to the issue and problem solves rather than throw more drugs at issues. My daughter has multiple allergies and instead of just looking at those, she took the time to think about underlying ongoing issues!

Office needs to send a referral form to BCBSofNC prior to each appointment.. Every month I receive a claim saying “Your request was denied because this service is not covered without prior approval.. Please correct this problem.

We have only seen Dr. Lemke; during allergy testing and follow up. Both times, we felt there was a disconnect with Dr. Lemke. Moreover, during this last visit, I did not appreciate the tone and her statement about her being the "boss" and the shot room attendees need to do what she tells them to do. We reminder her that we do not get the shots at the Huntersville location abd we wanted to ensure the directions we were given was appropriate regarding taking Zyrtec prior to the shot as well in the evening. We would like to be referred to another physician in the Concord area.

I did not get to see Dr. Lemke today. After waiting for over an hour I had to ask to reschedule. The poor woman at the front desk was struggling with the tasks at hand. At least 5 people waiting patiently in line when I left. Very stressful to sit and watch. Just a bad day at the office I suppose. The supervisor was very sweet along with the nurse. They apologized and said two of the rooms weren’t working. I was only there for a follow up but my time is as important as theirs. I could not wait any longer.

Dr. Lemke is amazing. I’ve had long standing sinus problems and from day one of her joining CAA, she has said that she’s in it with me until we find a solution. I hadn’t scheduled appointments regularly during Covid, but as of my appointment today, she’s still in board and we’re back on track to finding a resolution.

Dr. Lemke was very detail in explaining my medical condition. She took her time to go over my treatment, testing and medications. The place was clean and in my opinion Dr. Lemke did a phenomenal job. Per her recommendation I do have to follow up with her medical assistant in one month. This will be an ongoing treatment. She assured me that I was in good hands and Im looking forward to continued my treatment with Carolina Asthma & Allergy Center with Dr. Lemke.

very smart, thoughtful and explained her opinions and the action steps we could take. The only thing I'd say negative is that in the past we've had to wait upwards of 30 minutes for her in the room AFTER the intake with the medical assistant, which is really tough with a young child. This time the wait was only 15-20 minutes after intake which is tolerable.
