After receiving her medical degree, Dr. Flynn began her surgical training at Columbia University in New York and completed her orthopedic residency at the Cleveland Clinic. Rounding out her training, Dr. Flynn completed her sports medicine fellowship at the prestigious American Sports Medicine Institute in Birmingham Alabama.
She is highly experienced in working with athletes - from professionals to weekend warriors - where she specializes in primarily soft tissue injuries and treatments of the knee, shoulder, and elbow.

Dr. Flynn is one of the most kind, considerate and caring doctors I have ever encountered. Her bedside manner is wonderful and down to earth. She listens respectfully to your questions, gives detailed answers and does not ever make you feel as if she is rushing through the appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Flynn.
Dr Flynn is awesome. Did my shoulder replacement surgery. Asked several times if I had any questions as she progressed through my examination.
Finally got a correct diagnosis.
I was so lost on this visit because it was really a waste of time. If I told you what my problem was my initial problem was I should’ve been directed to a foot and ankle specialist from the start.

Exceptional in every aspect of her medical care and knowledge. She is straightforward in her approach to her patient (me), looks you in the eye, is warm and engaging and takes all the time needed to answer questions. I have confidence in her.

Dr Flynn is so nice and very knowledgeable to talk to! She took her time in the room and wasn’t rushing out to get to her next patient. She answered all of my questions and really is quite awesome in general! I wish all doctors were like her!! Dr Flynn and this entire practice are too notch and I would 110% recommend them to anyone!!
