Dr. Megan Ference, M.D., F.A.A.P., is a board-certified pediatrician, and she grew up in Atlanta.
Dr. Ference began her academic journey in Georgia, attending Oxford College and Emory University for her undergraduate studies. After college, she worked as a nursing assistant at CHOA at Egleston, where she solidified her passion for pediatrics. She went on to earn her medical degree from Mercer University at the Macon campus. To fulfill her specialized clinical training, she traveled to Missouri for a rigorous pediatric residency at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City.
She lives in the Buckhead area with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading (especially mystery and Sci-Fi), trying new restaurants, and volunteering at her children’s school.
