Dr. Conti Mica treats a myriad of conditions, including athletes, elbow injuries, any fractures, nerve compression, tendon, ligament or arthritis of the upper extremity. She has extensive training in several procedures, including microscopic, arthroscopic, arthroplasty, and minimally invasive surgery of the upper extremity.
The Arizona native is well known in the orthopedic world, serving as an assistant professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Chicago. She has also published several research articles, including work on lateral collateral ligament injuries of the elbow and the effect of image-guided corticosteroid injections on thumb carpometacarpal arthritis.
Dr. Conti Mica’s patient care philosophy is to treat her patients like they were her own family member. Clear and honest communication, thoughtful patient centric care with shared decision making.

Very professional and kind. Looking forward to having her as my doctor. I do trust her.
Appointment was at 11:45am, finally ended up getting seen and left the building at 2:30pm. Waited over 1 hour just to get to the next room. 3 hours for the appointment.
Waited for over 45 minutes. I had an 8;45 and she saw me at 9:45. Freezing and I mean freezing cold in office and rooms. Very uncomfortable!
