Dr. Conti Mica treats a myriad of conditions, including athletes, elbow injuries, any fractures, nerve compression, tendon, ligament or arthritis of the upper extremity. She has extensive training in several procedures, including microscopic, arthroscopic, arthroplasty, and minimally invasive surgery of the upper extremity.
The Arizona native is well known in the orthopedic world, serving as an assistant professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Chicago. She has also published several research articles, including work on lateral collateral ligament injuries of the elbow and the effect of image-guided corticosteroid injections on thumb carpometacarpal arthritis.
Dr. Conti Mica’s patient care philosophy is to treat her patients like they were her own family member. Clear and honest communication, thoughtful patient centric care with shared decision making.

Dr C-M is an excellent hand specialist - can definitely recommend. Hard to get in to see but worth the wait.
Staff is nice however, environment is similar to a low-budget urgent care. 50 min wait to see a Terrible doctor who was in a hurry to meet her quota (it was obvious). We felt so rushed and were still asking questions when she walked out the door. Talk about a chop shop! Will never return to her or OrthoArizona.
