Dr. Conti Mica treats a myriad of conditions, including athletes, elbow injuries, any fractures, nerve compression, tendon, ligament or arthritis of the upper extremity. She has extensive training in several procedures, including microscopic, arthroscopic, arthroplasty, and minimally invasive surgery of the upper extremity.
The Arizona native is well known in the orthopedic world, serving as an assistant professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Chicago. She has also published several research articles, including work on lateral collateral ligament injuries of the elbow and the effect of image-guided corticosteroid injections on thumb carpometacarpal arthritis.
Dr. Conti Mica’s patient care philosophy is to treat her patients like they were her own family member. Clear and honest communication, thoughtful patient centric care with shared decision making.

amazing, beautiful young doctor I really enjoyed her. She spoke in such a way it was directed into the point and only did she look beautiful. She gave me someone else’s referral to go to for another situation and I’m extremely thankful.

Dr. Conti Mica performed 2 hand surgeries and the end results are fabulous. Still in PT but i will be good as new shortly. Definitely recommend her as a talented hand surgeon.
The wait to see Dr. Conti Mica today was 1:30 minutes. Like last time, she is in a hurry and dismissive.
Dr was very knowledgable. Explained things very well and in understandable wording. Set a plan to proceed with therapy and follow up on progress. Front desk was efficient. Only down side was the hour and half wait to see the doctor.
