Megan Conti Mica, MD

Dr. Megan Conti Mica, M.D. is a double-board certified orthopedic doctor specializing in a wide spectrum of hand, wrist, elbow and upper extremity disorders, including those from the clavicle to the finger tip in athletes, adults and pediatric patients.

Dr. Conti Mica treats a myriad of conditions, including athletes, elbow injuries, any fractures, nerve compression, tendon, ligament or arthritis of the upper extremity. She has extensive training in several procedures, including microscopic, arthroscopic, arthroplasty, and minimally invasive surgery of the upper extremity.

The Arizona native is well known in the orthopedic world, serving as an assistant professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Chicago. She has also published several research articles, including work on lateral collateral ligament injuries of the elbow and the effect of image-guided corticosteroid injections on thumb carpometacarpal arthritis.
