Outstanding bedside manner! I felt comfortable from the very first meeting. Shook my hand, looked me in the eye. He’s a breath of fresh air, he does what hundreds of young doctors today could learn from and that is making a patient feel like they matter to him not just a number. Something I believe, has become a lost art among the medical professionals today and I have seen more than my fair share. Thanks Doc for making my life better with my amazing hip replacement. Dr. Thomas was very thorough in explaining about the steps of the procedure, risks, medications, PT and follow up. Very pleased in finding him.
Aside from being a great surgeon , Doctor Thomas is very encouraging and listens to my questions. The whole staff at ortho arizona from check in through all of the assistants has been awesome. I wish I knew all of their names.It would be worth it to mention them by name.
