My was rotator cuff was completely torn and he fixed it. I followed all of his directions to the letter, and seven months later it is like new. His assistant, Mercedes is top-notch as well. She explained everything to me and some things twice lol. They are both very professional and amazing providers.

I felt very rushed. He didn’t introduced himself to me only to my 14-year-old child. I felt like I couldn’t really get a question in like he was going so fast and I didn’t feel like I had any answers so I’m unhappy. My dad has been seeing Dr. Bruns for years, so I was referred to this office by him, and I should have made an appointment with him. I will definitely get a second opinion for my daughter. And some of the staff was not friendly at all.

The worst experience I’ve had, Receptionist was extremely rude, didn’t even welcome us, the place was with nearly 4 patients. Dr. MacCollum is a true professional. He a preformed bicep tendon procedure that left me with little to no pain after the procedure and made me feel at ease with my future rehabilitation. Hope I never have to see him again but I will definitely seek his help if the need arises.

Came in because of knees and right lower leg problems...been having pain and right leg bows out. Dr refers me to another dr. In the office because he no longer does knee surgery. Why am I seeing a dr that can't help me with my knees?? Also, he was very short in answering questions and was in hurry to leave.
