Dr. Lincoln takes the time to sit and listen to whatever the patient has to say. Listens to and answers questions. Includes the patient in making any treatment plans. His skills and “bedside”personality are great. Truly appreciated.

I had an 11:30 appointment, after an hour of waiting receptionist announced he was run 20 minutes late. I waited another 20 minutes to be called back to sit in a room another 15 minutes, I was supposed to be on a call you husband and his doctor, which I missed.

He remembered me and the 4 times he operated on my left knee!

Everyone's education level is different when they come to a Dr, Appt, some may have dropped out of school. some have college degrees, a lot of our elderly are slower to understand and many may have a hearing loss....all of these can cause the patient to not understand. However, when I had my Appt with Dr. Lincoln the things that I seen were clear that he cares about his patients.......He was kind. He made eye contact when he talked to me. He took his time when he talked to me being sure I understood. He showed me my Xrays and explained it to me in words I understood. He gave me options of my treatment. In short, he is a Dr. who is making a difference.

I’ve been through the process of a chiropractor, arthritis specialist and now here. I waited for over an hour and he saw me for 10 minutes with little to no solution. More physical therapy isn’t going to lengthen my leg nor make the arthritis hurt less. Totally baffled by this visit.

My right knee was replaced 7 years ago by someone else. Recuperation was such a long traumatic painful experience I was reticent to revisit said procedure again until I had exhausted all other options. I am certain Dr. Lincoln's prowess has reduced my overall trauma and recovery period by two thirds. In less than three months from surgery my "new" knee is capable of a greater range of motion than the other.

Just relocated back to Jax. Had full knee replacement surgery in WA state. Have had multiple problems during my recovery, with a significant amount of pain. Dr. Lincoln was concerned and has started medical treatment that should have been done with my former Orthopedic Doctor in WA state. Truly a great Doctor.

As I had read in other people's comments, before I called for an appointment, my experience with Dr. Lincoln was excellent! He was attentive throughout and made sure that I had no more questions before concluding our session. My friend who accompanied me and who is VERY discerning, as well as very knowledgeable, was equally impressed. My hip replacement will take place at a later date (my request) and I feel confident that all will go well. Dr. Lincoln is very thorough in laying out his expectations in writing, so patients know well ahead of time how to fully prepare in all aspects of their lives, both pre- and post-surgery. I'll be doing my part and I trust Dr. Lincoln will perform my surgery well. His truthfulness in all areas, as I talked with him, was confidence building. I arrived on time for my 12:50 p.m. visit and at 2:05, I told the receptionist that I could no longer wait as I had to be at work at 3 p.m.. It takes me 1/2 hour to drive to your facility, and 20 minutes to work. I was late for work and wasted alot of gas and time for nothing. I told my insurance provider that I did not get to see the doctor and not to pay for my visit. I would also like my copay of $5.00 reimbursed. If you are going to schedule a patient, you should be able to pprovide prompt service, as you expect your patients to arrive on time.

Appointment was at 2 however didn't get called back until close 2:40ish.Dr. Lincoln seems like a nice Doctor, but feel they over book his time to see his patients. With over booking of his patients, you leave not ask or voicing all of your concern before he's out the door to his next patient. This is honestly the first doctor and/or at SOS I have not been completely happy with when leaving. But like I said earlier with over booking of his time, I don't feel everything really got addressed . I would actually give him another chance to see if they over book him all the time.

Dr. Lincoln showed me my x-ray and explained what treatment options are available. He was polite and concerned.

Didn't know what do do when his initial set of tests didn't show pain. He just kept repeating his same test untill his glove pulled a hair and I said I felt a tiny bit of pain, so he ordered an MRI? I explained the hair situation and there really wasn't any pain. He continued to ignore my muscle loss and fact it's on both knees. Exclaiming it's due to my pain I explained I didn't have. In the end he just sent me for physical therapy with no explanation and of course recommend I get an MRI from there location for no reason. Very disappointed that the physical therapist has more knowledge than your doctor's. I will tell everyone I know you're location can not be trusted.

Lesson to my concern's

He listened and asked questions and asked my opinion about the options he suggested. He is is well informed. He request an X-Ray and examine my MRI before making a decision. He then suggested that he is going to refer me to Dr. Swanson who Will do my procedure.

Very polite, listened and answered my questions. Also asked me good questions to understand and analyze my situation of my injury. I understand the pressure on these Drs to see so many patients and hurry them out of the room but he was very professional and didn't make me think I was just another number.

Most attentive dr. that I have ever had. He did a partial knee replacement for me and it was a total success. The Physical Therapist that I had was excellent.

It was said that, "the first impression is always the lasting impression." This is true. After meeting Dr. Lincoln for the first time, his greeting was so informal and friendly. The advice given was a feeling of trust and confidence as he took time with the consultation. I forgot how afraid I was to get an injection (lol)

This so called Physician have a very Hight Narcissist personality. I went to see him because severe pain to my left knee due to effusion, after waiting in the reception are for one hour and 35 minutes in the examination room he approached me in a very nasty anger intimidating behavior. Instead if treat me He was very focus in questioning my profession and even trying to humiliate in front of his staff. I still have pain on my knee because the person I put my trust to help me choose to abandoned me when I need him the most. I would NEVER recommend this so called professional to anybody I'm afraid to continue my care with SouthEast Orthopedics because retaliation caused by him blocking me to see other Doctors.
