Wonderful service
This rating is not a reflection of the practice. I normally see Taylor Lentz, and she's wonderful! Dr. Horn did NOT introduce himself even though I've never seen him before, and he was about to and did go digging around in my vagina for my IUD exchange. He acted like my visibly full bladder on ultrasound wasnt an issue, and I was "just high" from the pronox when I said "I might pee on you". I had to convince him that I had to urge to go. Dr. Horn and the MA talked as if i wasnt in the room. Firstly they talked about whether I really had to pee or not, and upon arriving back in the exam room, they talked about the staff meeting and needed to "improve his number". Lastly, Dr. Horn did OK with explaining what he was doing throughout the procedure, but out of any other time i've been spread eagle in stirrups with a paper drape blocking my view, he talked through what was about to happen the least out of any other provider who has seen inside my vagina. This was my 3rd removal and 4th IUD
He's an amazing Dr. He really cares about his patients.
Dr. Hord was kind and attentive. He listened carefully, and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. I’ve felt comfortable discussing my concerns.
