Doc was very thorough and quick. He knew what he was talking about and got me taken care of. The only thing I didn’t love or appreciate was his recommendation for irrigation technique for cerumen (earwax) impaction. The technique was the first time I experienced it personally and it was extremely uncomfortable and poses many risks such as tympanic membrane proliferation. I was pleased when they stopped doing it after a few tries and went to the scraping tool per my request.
