Dr Willis was able to squeeze me in the same day I called. I appreciated that as my normal eye dr was not available. Dr Willis has a very pleasant chair side manner. After an exam of my eye & instructions to follow, I left reassured that I had nothing to worry about. A F/U appt was scheduled. Happy with my experience!

Appreciate his expertise, his attentiveness and personable demean. Staff professional and personable also. Noticed that some of the office fixtures and surfaces are showing a bit of wear. For example, one of two toilet paper roll holders in the women’s restroom Is missing.

Dr Willis was so awesome. My eyes had been itching so much end it had been so irritating. Dr. Willis was so soothing. His manner was so kind, gentle yet he was so very thorough. He didn’t act like he had several patients waiting for him. He acted like I was the only one for the day and he had all the Time in the world. This 85 year young widow is so very grateful. Not as willing to share information as some other docs there. Gave me a coupon for eye drops but never said why I should be using them. Never addresses a double vision issue I was having. Appeared to understand very little about a cosmetic eyelid surgery I had that was affecting my eyes. Didn’t offer a computer glasses prescription until I asked. Not very interested in me as a patient. Nobody there seemed interested in selling me glasses. It was weird.
