A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, he earned his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University and an MBA from the Naval Postgraduate School. Dr. Willett completed his dermatology residency at Naval Medical Center San Diego and a prestigious fellowship in Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology at Skin Care Physicians of Georgia.
