TODAY, VISIT WENT BETTER THAN I EXPECTED MONDAY VISIT WITH (AMANDA WHITESIDE) I WAS TOTALLY DISCOURAGED. I DIDN'T WANT TO COME BACK TODAY. I WAS SAD THINKING THAT MY HAND WAS JUST GONNA BE STUCK LIKE THIS FOR EVER. BUT ONCE I CAME IN, AND MET WITH THE DOCTOR IT WAS A TOTAL DIFFERENT STORY. HE WAS PHENOMENAL THE NURSE, SHE WAS so kind and patient KIM I JUST LOVE THAT LADY. SHE ACT LIKE ONE OF YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS.. EVERYTHING SHE SAID ABOUT HIM WAS ABSOLUTELY TRUE. SO IF YOU COME IN AND YOU GET A BAD NURSE, BUT DON'T GIVE JUST GIVE THE DOCTORS A CHANCE, BECAUSE THEY'RE WORTH IT, THEY'RE REALLY WORTH THE WAIT (.P.S )DON'T TRUST THE NP WORD, TALK TO THE DOCTOR YOURSELF(Dr Weichbrodt)

Dr. Matthew T. Weichbrodt is a fellowship-trained hand, microvascular, and upper extremity specialist with The CORE Institute. His extensive training in orthopedics makes him a valuable addition to the distinguished CORE faculty.
Dr. Weichbrodt received a bachelor’s degree in biology with minors in chemistry and marketing from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He then completed a doctorate of osteopathic medicine from Oklahoma State University while serving as class president for two years.
Dr. Weichbrodt continued his training in orthopedic trauma at the Florida Orthopedic Institute, followed by a stint at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital honing his skills in pediatric orthopedics.
Dr. Weichbrodt earned the designation of chief resident in the orthopedic surgery residency program at Oklahoma State University, where he was also the team physician for several local semi-professional and high school athletic teams.
