Dr. Matthew Villani is a Board-Certified foot and ankle surgeon who was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He first moved to Florida to attend Stetson University where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree. He completed his post-graduate studies at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, where he again finished at the top of the class, graduating with honors. Dr. Villani returned to Florida to pursue his surgical residency training with Advent health
Dr. Villani is well-known and respected in the community for his surgical skill set and superb patient care. He was named in the 2019 addition of Top Doctors of America. He utilizes the latest innovation in both surgical and non-surgical foot and ankle care. He has additional advanced surgical reconstructive training which allows him to perform minimally invasive arthroscopic procedures; and he is the only surgeon in Volusia and Seminole county certified in performing total ankle replacements. Regardless of your issue Dr. Villani is committed to keeping you active and pain-free.
