I also received follow up calls from the staff about how I was doing. Other healthcare providers should take a page from Dr. Traynor's practice.

Dr. Traynor is a wonderful ophthalmologist. He treats me for my glaucoma and answers all of my questions very clearly. His office staff is wonderful. The waits can be pretty long but it’s worth it to get your questions answered clearly.

I have loved going Dr. Traynor for more than 10 years. However...he is now transitioning to just treating glaucoma patients...which I fully understand and support. Sadly I am diabetic and need a medical doctor to view my eyes foe retinopathy. I am concerned the new eye specialist I have been assigned to may not be fully qualified in this area...so ...I am considering moving to another practice in town that has that expertise.

I was definitely impressed by Dr Traynor. He took the time to listen to what problems I had been experiencing and obviously had a lot of experience and suggestions that he spent going over the next steps to correct my vision problems.

Medical care is excellent. Accounting? That is another story. I overpaid my bill and have been over a month following to get the money back. Each time, it is promised but to date, the credit balance has not been returned.

DR. Traynor is one of the most competent and caring doctors I have ever had in my 73 years of life! I lived in Salt Lake where they had excellent ophthalmologist but DR. Traynor tops them all In every wayand I am forever grateful to him for having me as a patient and excepting Medicare patients such as myself. He is the bestand I can’t recommend him highly enough If there were 100 stars he would get that highest rating from me. I can’t thank you enough, DR. Traynor!

A great experience! Professional, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I really like the discussion Dr. Traynor had regarding various aspects of testing and eye health. A beautiful facility offering an optical shop and laser retinal options.

Good Dr from what I can tell so far. Always running behind schedule though. Have had to wait up to 40 minutes in the waiting room for previous appointments. Today I had a time constraint and asked if they could get me in after waiting 15 minutes. Please do a better job of managing patient load. Our time is valuable too. Also suggest the Dr spend more time explaining things to the patient in layman’s terms. I really want to understand the care plan for my eyes.
