Does not listen to patient. Constantly upselling services. He put totally incorrect consult reviews in my patient chart to cover his reputation. I asked for arthroscopy & he pushed for knee replacement. I have swelling but not persistent pain. He wrote the opposite. His patient notes were totally incorrect. Mu husband, an attorney, was with me in the room. We are shocked how much his patient notes were not at all reflective of our actual conversation. He never actually pulled up my MRI and looked at it to discuss with me. As far as I could tell he skimmed the radiologist report. I brought up the cyst in my knee. He had no idea and had to reread the report. This is a body shop. Patient care is not a priority.

The complete Medical appointment experience was very professional, and the check-in area was extremely busy with patients during my appointment check in.

Dr Swick was thorough in his evaluation and explanation of what could be causing the pain I am experiencing, and suggested what I consider a conservative approach to determine the cause definitively. He also included pain relief in the first strategy, which was an injection of a nerve block. Thankfully!!
