I waited 2 hours after arriving to be seen by the doctor. My time is too valuable to do this again.
The doctor was very knowledgeable

This visit felt rushed and impersonal. The doctor’s tone was abrupt, and I didn’t feel heard or supported, which is concerning for a patient seeking guidance on a lingering issue.
Patients benefit from clear explanations, space to ask questions, and basic empathy. Without that, it is hard to feel confident in the care being provided.
I provided this feedback directly and spoke with the office manager, who was kind and professional. I hope the physician reflects on this and improves his bedside manner.

Dr Swick is very professional and understand. I had an issue in surgery that’s never happened to me before. I asked him to apologize to the nursing staff and as I apologized to him. He stated it happens it’s part of surgery. I still felt bad and I respect Dr Swick. I would recognize him to anyone that need surgery.
