Dr. Schaeffer is a very nice guy, I appreciate the way he explains himself so that you get a good understanding of what the next step is going to be and he tells you why he feels it’s best for you. He was very thorough and took the time to listen .

Communication needs to be better prior to appointment to secure referrals needed and for clarity of visit expectations. I thought I was going for an SI injection and got a sales pitch for another procedure instead and no injection. Frustrating, he had injected my back previously so disoriented about the run around, Also did not get a print out of the visit summary. No wifi in the office or phone service, very dark ages, could not share radiographs with my primary care physician or burn me a disc. Disappointing in this day and age.
