Communication needs to be better prior to appointment to secure referrals needed and for clarity of visit expectations. I thought I was going for an SI injection and got a sales pitch for another procedure instead and no injection. Frustrating, he had injected my back previously so disoriented about the run around, Also did not get a print out of the visit summary. No wifi in the office or phone service, very dark ages, could not share radiographs with my primary care physician or burn me a disc. Disappointing in this day and age.

Dr. Schaffer is a very personable doc. He takes the time to talk and go over things. And he is always able to quickly get me in for a fast appointment.,
