Dr. Purcell is as caring as can be and did a great job in surgery explaining what would happen and how the surgery went afterwords. He checked on me several times in post-op and when I got to my room for my first ever overnight stay.

Dr. Purcell has a very good manner and seems to be genuinely concerned in helping. He asks questions and is always willing to listen.

UCA appointment, arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment and parking area was packed and I thought I would have a long wait. But to my surprise it was only about five minutes from time I checked in till was called back to exam room. And within a few minutes Dr Purcell was in to see me. Dr Purcell seemed truly concerned about my issues and explained treatment options. I was pleased with this appointment.

Dr Purcell is very good but some of the office staff that I’ve spoke with on the phone is incompetent and can gave me incorrect information.

I give a 5 star
