X-rayed the wrong part of my body and then told me I had to pay more money for an MRI due to the fact that my neck was the issue which that is what I told them in the first place my neck, shoulder, hip and I thought they had done X-rays of all three but they did not now they're wanting me to go to get an MRI at another hospital for way more money. I had lots of questions about maybe tips I could use at home but the doctor never even came back in he just sent me home with paperwork saying I need therapy which cost way too much money.

I trust Dr. Smith completely. Because of him I can walk without a cane and pick up a water bottle.

Dr. Smith is the best!! He takes time to talk to me and explain medical jargon if I dont understand. It has been a difficult year long process so far but TOC makes it easier.. Thanks Dr.Smith, Mandy, Sarah Beth and staff for your very much appreciated efforts!!
