Oh, so I have a “ Genuinely poor disposition with regard to recovery” So we’re being honest are we? You didn’t adequately prepare me for the length of time I would need assistance after surgery. The damn post operative team, at least one of them, needs to know how to put the sling on correctly? I mean two surgeries and nobody could get it on right either time, so said your TOC sling professional, it was so painful. The 2nd time you asked me why I took it off? That’s why! Your nurses are rude. Yeah, I was laying down on 3 chairs today 2 hr wait, because I haven’t had a pain free 6 hours sleep in months? I was in pain and they were laughing about it outside the door. I mean, they didn’t even have the professional discretion to move away from the door or lower their voices. And I have a “genuinely poor disposition with regard to recovery?” God bless you & your staff may you never have to go through what I’ve experienced on your own or without family.

Appointment was @ 3:45. Wasn't called back until 4:25. Not too bad, but a little long for an impatient person!

Dr Matt is a great guy, he has operated or fixed nearly everyone in our family. I wish he would quit breaking us so he could fix us again!!! Of course I am kidding, he is our go to with sports injuries and we appreciate him a lot.

My husband had a good experience with him, but I did not have the best experience. Seemed like he didn’t want to listen to my concerns or even do any follow up imaging.

This visits was different from the rest but he did give suggestions and was helpful.

Had to wait too long to see Had to wait to long to see DR. Saw him about 2 minutes. Appointment 0900 saw him about 11.00 dr.

As always, Dr. Smith was professional, informative, and courteous. His staff was efficient and we were able to get in and out of our appt within 30 minutes.

The only thing is waiting otherwise as always very excellent services

My first appointment with him was at the very end of his work day matter of fact the office was closing this man took his time did not rush me answered every question I had every concern he listened to and addressed. Made me feel very comfortable. Dr Smith did my hip surgery wonderful experience never had surgery before he was very polite did a wonderful job love him to death. Follow up visit I saw his PA and she was also a delight. wonderful experience all the way around

Dr Smith did a total knee replacement. Very pleased with his services, and treated very well by his office staff.

You personally were nice and told me things that Bell had not seen that explained a lot. However waiting for over 2 hours was not enjoyable.

Excellent healthcare provider. Same day hip replacement surgery. This was my second hip replacement surgery. My first one was quite a bit different of an experience in a qualitative negative experience. Dr. Smith is an awesome and amazing surgeon.
