He definitely is not Dr Regan! I had gone to him for 15 years. Dr Merrell was very cold to me and I didnt know he was done talking to me. It could be that he was busy but you do not treat people that way especially that it was my first time meeting him. He spent all of 5 minutes with me. I never complain about a doctor but with him I felt it was necessary. Thank you for listening.
