As a 64 year old, I've seen my share of doctors over the years. Dr Kelly is in the top one or two I've ever dealt with. He is pleasant, talks to the patient as a person, and provides effective treatments.

Dr. Kelly actually examined my shoulder, reviewed my MRI, and thoroughly went over options and recommendations. He was also very caring and compassionate. I'll be getting a complete left shoulder replacement September 23, 2026. I tore my left shoulder in July 2025, and have went through hell getting to this point due the lack of care, and communication from the Lebanon VA. Dr. Kelly must have thought I was a basket case, because I couldn't stop crying. I was so shocked, happy, and relieved someone listened to me, and actually cared enough about me, and being a Veteran. The Lebanon VA could take some notes. Thank you so much Dr. Kelly. I have a 17 year old son, and I'm looking forward to getting my quality of life back, and reducing my chronic pain medication
