My fingers are better after the injection.I hope the affects will last.I did keep it iced the day after the injection The worst was the middle finger and my index finger was beginning to curl up to.Trigger finger isn't to be taken lightly, you won't be able to if you ever get it.

Awesome facility very friendly staff every time we come to the office it’s such a pleasure to work with the front office. The x-ray tech is always friendly fast and easy to talk with about what’s being done Dr. Kelly’s assistant he’s very nice and laughs at all of my stupid dad jokes and course Dr. Kelly is one of the best in the business

Dr. Matthew J. Kelly, M.D., is a general orthopedic surgeon, with a focus on shoulder surgery, sports medicine, and knee replacement.
Dr. Kelly attended medical school at the Penn State College of Medicine, and completed an Orthopedic Surgery residency at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in 2004. He served as an orthopedic surgeon in the United States Army for five years, during which he was stationed at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, Fort Belvoir, Virginia and Iraq. He then completed a Shoulder Surgery fellowship in Sydney, Australia, where he received another year of additional training in rotator cuff repair, shoulder replacement and shoulder instability surgery. He joined the Orthopedic Institute of Pennsylvania in 2010.
Dr. Kelly is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery.
Dr. Kelly is a member of the Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society, and is a member of the Executive Committee.
He volunteered as the Palmyra (High School) Cougars’ Team Orthopedic Surgeon from 2011-2021 and was the Team Orthopedic Surgeon for the Harrisburg Heat Soccer Team from 2013-2019.
Dr. Kelly lives in Hershey with his wife and their four sons. He was a volunteer with the Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts when his boys were younger. He enjoys running, exercise, soccer, skiing and motorsports.
