Very friendly staff

Took his time to answer every question I had and I didn't feel rushed by him. You can tell he truly cares about his patients.

Doctor Hollenbeck was thoughtful, knowledgeable and great with kids!

Always personable, and answers all questions asked! Great with my kids of all different ages and explains in great detail our diagnosis and plan moving forward.

Interaction with Dr Hollenbeck was good

First impression of Dr. Hollenbeck was a very positive one. He was straight to the point like I asked for, and explained how everything would be done so that it would help my daughter and I to understand. Answered all my questions and was knowledgeable.

We saw the PA and not Dr. Hollenbeck. My only 2 complaints are: 1. The amount of waiting time. I think they over book and then we have to wait an excessive amount of time. My child is under age 3 and does not do waiting well, so I would just rather have a later appt. then have to wait for +40 minutes. 2. We made the appt. w/ the doctor and not a PA. If you aren’t going to have us see the doctor we should be informed of that and not misled.

Wonderful doctor and an awesome support staff!

He provided care to my son after he broke both wrists on the growth plates and had a skull fracture. He set both my sons wrists without surgery!!! Very child friendly. Very personable and good at what he does. Also, he offers waterproof casts. Highly recommended!!!

Although, the medical report was undesired, Dr. Hollenbeck patiently and kindly answered all questions. At no point did I feel pressured, as a parent, to make a quick, rash, decision, in regards to our treatment options. Nor was I pressured into a particular treatment. He was very positive within a negative situation.
