He is kind, thorough, and very patient. He goes the extra mile.

I really liked Dr. Grossman. He was very thorough ordering tests that are needed.
I waited an hour and a half for my appointment. The assistant who took me to my room, told me that it was because they had a lack of empty rooms. The doctor seemed like a lovely person. But I did not get much out of meeting him after being there two hours. We shall see if this progresses.
Dr Herrmann was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns.
