Doctor barely entered the room. Stood in the doorway. Visit was less than 1 minute. Whatever I am going to be billed… I guess that’s how much he makes per minute. Ridiculous!

To the point, no bs care! Listens to your concerns, addresses the issues and keeps you informed in every step.

He is one cool doctor. Thoroughly explained my knee problems gave me several options for my situation and I picked the least invasive and he agreed with taking that route for now. Great doctor!

Dr. Matt was extremely caring and very informative and explained my issue thoroughly. He gave me options and explained each one. We decided on a plan and going to recheck things in 3 months unless things get worse then will meet sooner.

My appointment was right on time. Maybe five minutes of waiting. A very quick x-ray and Dr. Heckler saw me very quickly. Very happy with my care.

I had a torn meniscus that needed to be removed (second time I’ve had this procedure in 5 years and he was the surgeon both times). I was walking up stairs the same day and without any pain. The same held true to this day (2 weeks post op). He is truly good at what he does!

Dr Heckler was a great bed side manner, and he explains things really well.

Post knee replacement and manipulation- Dr. Heckler has been excellent throughout this whole process. Takes the time to listen and helps you obtain the best outcome. Staff from when you walk in to when you leave are all friendly and helpful.

I really like Dr. Heckler. I have had bone on bone left knee for probably 5 years. I have been getting injections which help. We have discussed knee replacement and Dr. Heckler is not pushing me at all. Told me when I am ready to let him know. As long as the injections continue to give me relief, I am not in any hurry.

I am so disappointed in my visit today. My Blood Pressure was almost at 2:00. No comments were ever made about that The Visit class of approximately 15 seconds. It was a drive by what year organization wants. Is me to have knee replacement? I don't want that but it was almost insisted upon. I wasn't a patient. I was a piece of cattle.
