Loved the experience with him, before he even examined me he knew what the problem was, of course the medication he prescribed was just perfect, in matter of hours i was already feeling a lot better. He was just perfect!. His staff was as good as him. GOOD JOB and thanks!

Was referred by my primary care physician, but ENT did not even look to see what my doctor sent over with referral.

I felt like Dr. Gillihan and Anna were both a dismissive and condescending of my specific needs related to coblation cryptolysis. Instead of just saying that he does not offer the procedure, Dr. Gillihan actively discouraged the procedure as outdated when that is not true and suggested a much less conservative approach of removing the entire tonsils when my tonsils are healthy. I have now booked at another ENT in the area that offers the procedure (which is conservative and quite effective and recommend recommended) and is much more encouraging of my specific needs.
