Extremely happy with Dr. Gilbert. I give him 5 stars. He listened to me as I described my pain. He was quick to come up with a diagnosis. However, I give his assistant ZERO stars. She came in and asked me about the injection in my elbow, when I told her it was my knee. She put out one injection shot, and came back to switch it to something else. After Dr. Gilbert gave me the second injection she laid out, he told me to wait a moment for some exercises she would bring me. I waited over 15 minutes. I walked out of the examination room and asked about them, she seemed to have forgotten all about them. She printed out the exercises I needed to do, that took her all of about 5 minutes. Dr. Gilbert perscribed me some anti-inflammatory medication that she was supposed to call in. First day, she never called it in. It took me 2 more days to call to her to call it in. I have since called her multiple times to relay messages to Dr. Gilbert about the pain I have experienced with no callbacks!
Dr. Gilbert did an injection, even though it wasn't scheduled! He knew I'd made a two hour drive and was kind enough to take care of me. I appreciate his thoughtfulness!
