His expertise includes minimally invasive spinal surgery, neurologic decompression, spinal motion preservation, spinal stabilization, and complex revision surgery. He treats a wide range of conditions, including herniated discs, spinal stenosis, myelopathy, neck and back pain, spine trauma, and tumors.

Can’t say enough good things about Dr Follett! He is the best!! He always takes the time to explain to me and my husband everything about what to expect about my procedure. I would definitely recommend Dr Follett as a surgeon and a caring understanding Dr!
I've never felt less rushed, less condescended to, or more heard and respected by a specialist. Also, for a back surgeon to acknowledge that imaging and pain don't necessarily correlate is shocking (and refreshing). Most want to justify medical intervention based on identifiable injuries and degeneration, but Dr. Follett honestly told me that my pain may not be due to my osteoarthritis, severe scoliosis, degenerative disc disease and facet arthropathy. With all that going on, any other doctor would have attributed my pain accordingly (despite scientific evidenceto the contrary). It was helpful, and hopeful, to hear it might be unrelated (i.e., psychosomatic, though he didn't use that word). I highly recommend him.

I’ve never felt more comfortable being in a doctors care. Surgery went just as he said it would. Immediate relief of pain that I was dealing with for over 30 years. I felt like I was his only patient.
