We waited over a hour to have final review/release for surgery treatment 9/23/25 after being told he was in a meeting and would be 20 minutes. No feedback to staff or us; and we had to leave to pickup special needs daughter from her day program. His surgery is brilliant; office process is really really needing a review to reschedule patients if unplanned events occur.
