Does not seem rush when I ask questions. Pleasant and informative about my eyes

I appreciated his transparency on the flow of our visit: “First you get to watch me read your chart, then I will tell you my recommendations for your cataract tx, then you can ask your questions.” Knowing the sequence of the visit I could focus on listening carefully. I especially appreciated Dr. Feng dictating his SOAP note aloud. Two of my main questions were answered when he reviewed his recommended treatment. He listened closely to our questions and answered in layman’s terms. Whenever I repeated my understanding of what I heard him say, he verified that my understanding was correct or added more clarification My husband and I both believed our input RE the cataract tx was heard and we were part of the decision making process.

he the best surgery i know, so kind, and take his time with you, I drive an hour and a half and it’s worth a drive wouldn’t go to anywhere else

Nice and professional. BUT my appointment was at 3 p.m., but I wasn't seen until 4:40 p.m. No one said anything to me—no "hey, we're sorry" or "it could take two hours." Please look at this as if you were a patient anywhere. Would you be okay with it? You're either overbooking or have poor patient management.
