Very detail oriented at the patient level.
Nice and professional. BUT my appointment was at 3 p.m., but I wasn't seen until 4:40 p.m. No one said anything to me—no "hey, we're sorry" or "it could take two hours." Please look at this as if you were a patient anywhere. Would you be okay with it? You're either overbooking or have poor patient management.
Most knowledgeable, empathetic and kind doctor I’ve ever dealt with.
He is very thorough, very calm, and very informative. I have a very serious eye condition and he is always looking for new approaches and new ways to handle things. I trust him.
The appointment took some time but showed great output from my surgery! I knew Dr. Fang was an awesome surgeon and Dr. Lucas and the accompanying staff were great! I couldn’t be more pleased!
Dr. Feng is fantastic, he always addresses concerns and makes sure you understand everything he is saying.
In addition to Dr Feng being kind and clear, the student from Chicago was very kind and patient doing my pressure checks. The lady who did did my other tests was also very kind and friendly. All around a great visit. And waiting time was best ever.
Dr Feng is fantastic. He worked with me to keep from wearing glasses in the future. Highly recommended
He is great
