After waiting over an hour to be seen Dr. DeOrio probably spent 5 minutes total in the room and hardly provided any advice besides surgery.

I had to wait about 2 1/2 hours just to go to the back before I could see him, but he did explain what was going on with my foot, and answered my questions.

Chairs in lobby are much too low to get out of since they have no arm rest on most of them and the commodes sit way too low for handicap folks that drive 2 hours and then wait 2+ hours so a bathroom is a necessity. We are on one leg and it seems some thought would go into the seating for an orthopedic waiting area.

Rude and don't want to take the time to actually let the process works.. doesn't really care what you have to say about stuff especially if it's against what he says

I felt like he rushed through my visit and my concerns were not taken "seriously".

I'm sleeping and walking without ankle pain after getting some steroids shots. Hypermobility spectrum disorder and MCAS complications don't help but Dr. DeOrio took time and listened to findings at Mayo clinic.

I injured my ankle after having two previous surgeries on the same foot in the last several years and staff were very quick to fit me into their schedule.

Great Doctor. Professional and carring.

I was taken to a room an hour after my appointment time where I waited another 40 minutes for Dr DeOrio. He spent less than 2 minutes on my post op check up, asked if I had any questions, and sent me on my way. If this was my only experience with Dr DeOrio or TOC I would never return. Staff could have done a better job explaining the delay and offering to reschedule appointments. This was crazy!

Multiple appointments with Matt ; all have been excellent. Prior surgical procedures was terrific; I am sure my upcoming surgery will be just as successful!

What an excellent surgeon and an excellent person! He is a perfectionist and will not settle for something being almost right. I appreciate that quality.

I was in so much pain and could hardly walk he repaired my achilles tendon and four months later i am already walking without pain and just cannot say enough about the total experience. I never even saw him! Just a nurse who didn’t even look at my X-rays. Just gave me orthotics and said to go to physical therapy. My issue is in-depth but I felt like it was just ‘hurry up to the next person”. So he may be a great doctor-but after waiting an hour after my scheduled appointment and to not even see him is very disappointing, frustrating, and makes me angry because MY FEET HURT. Stretching alone isn’t going to solve it because I’ve had foot issues for 15 years.

Sure don't care if your in pain or not.... just ratchet that foot on higher to the ceiling ...itll ease the pain. I understand theirs laws and limits on controlled, but good grief, everyone cant lay in bed for 16 weeks with their foot propped up to the point your staff insists on. Some people have to fabricate their life to make it sound like they have all this time to just lay around in bed for the ridiculous amount of weeks I've been given the answer for. not addict, just a patient pain , been in pain since first surgery August 29th. its always my fault of course --- do you blame them??? actually had the right foot done a couple weeks ago and it doesn't even feel like nothings been done to it before, and was also done completely differrently and way less painful, about 75% less.

Wasn’t taken back until 1:45. My post surgical follow up appointment was for 12:30. Doctor was only in the room for maybe five minutes and forgot to check my second surgical site until I asked how he thought it looked. I realize he is busy, but I almost felt ignored

He is great at want he does as well as his entire staff.

Aside from having to wait, Dr. Deorio and his CRNP, Ashley, were efficient and helpful.

Dr. DeOrio presented a brash bedside manner clearly letting me know I was taking up his time with a procedure which in the realm of his surgical skills were minor. I was having Hammmer/Mallet Toe Correction, both feet. He spent all of five minutes telling me what the procedure entailed, not telling the truth about full recovery time, six weeks, (after it became 1yr)or how excruciating it would. Even though this surgery involves nerve endings he only prescribed Oxcycodone Acetaminophen. At my two week follow-up his Nurse Practioner correctly prescribed Gabapentin. I was not scheduled to meet with her for prep beforehand. I was berated on surgery day when I wanted to discuss my reservations. When I spoke with him PRIVATELY afterwards about this treatment and why he did not refer me to a Dermatologist, saying the only thing he could do for the painful issues with my toenails was to remove them, he lied saying he did. His 98% approval rate tells me other issues are at play here.

Dr. Deorio, Ashlee and Michael make a great team. There is no one I would trust with my feet beside them.

I Love Dr. DeOrio, he has saved my ankle. I thought my ankle was doomed for a lifetime of pain. Then I found Dr. DeOrio who rebuilt my ankle and aligned it. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. DeOrio has prescribed a pressure boot for me that should never have been provided for a senior citizen with a deformed foot and sever arthritis, and vasculitis.

I really do like Dr. Matthew DeOrio. But it seems him and his staff get behind schedule. Just wish they would provide a reason why you have to sit and wait I do understand emergency situtations come up but this scenario has happen more than one time.

He did a great TAR surgery. No real pain after three days. Was able to remove my cast and put some weight on ankle with boot after five weeks.

I believe DeOrio is a good surgeon although I'm only a month post op and have a ways to go in my recovery. I put three stars because they did not prepare me for the pain or the extent of the recovery. It would have made all the difference to have been prepared for being flat on my back for two weeks after foot surgery.

Dr. DeOrio rebuilt my foot/ankle 4 years ago. Extremely complicated as I have deformed ankles. I will be having my other foot done very soon. Exact same surgery. I’m so thankful for such a talented, excellent surgeon. No one wants to have surgery but I will be so excited to have both feet corrected. I have had no issues at all with the foot that was done already. The TOC provides excellent care for their patients.

However, Dr. DeOrio seemed quite rushed during our visit, and I feel like we definitely missed some things due to his hastiness. Other than that, Dr. DeOrio has a great understanding of his specialty, and I would say he's a fine physician.

Convenient office layout. I was checked in, then had x-rays, then met with the doc. All within about 50 feet. Great setup for people with bad feet.

Dr. DeOrio is a wonderful doctor, but the wait time is always long. My last appointment, I did not see him until 1 hour 15 minutes past my appointment time--there have been times that I had to wait 2 hours. If he is that busy, maybe he needs to cut back on the number of patients he tries to see.

I did not see Dr DeOrio but the PA that works for him and I was not impressed by her. It was obvious she had not read the new patient information TOC had on me for if she had she would not have asked why I was on O2.

We visited our local Bone and Joint after xrays ,MRI and 3 weeks of PT still had no answers. Accident occurred March 20. On May 26 visited Dr. D had problem solved in less than 30 min. Found bone fragment wedged in between her top foot bones. Prob solved
