My first time with Dr Chin, I found him very knowledgeable, friendly and punctual, and I hope he can help me with my orthopedic and musculoskeletal problems.

Dr Chin is simply amazing. The office is always busy but the physicians are well worth it.

After reaching MMI he seems to not be as caring and helpful on my Worker's Comp case as he was prior to MMI.

DR. CHIN , WAS VERY INFORMATIVE TO ME. HE POINTED OUT ALL THE QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS I HAD FOR YEARS AS TO WHAT MY PROBLEM IS. AND HOW HE WILL CORRECT THE PROBLEMS. HE MADE ME FEEL BETTER EMOTIONALLY , LIKE A LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL.

Dr Chin does not come off as a warm & caring provider. Telling it like it is with a highly matter of fact delivery technique is fine. But, at the end of the day, as a physician, you are always going to be working with another human being who has whatever thoughts & feelings they have about their situation. If the patient interaction comes off as harried and uncaring, you are just not going to connect with your patients on a human level. Certainly, running 45 minutes behind schedule, everyone get that the doctor is busy (and important) but it is not the patient's issue that the doctor is running so far behind. It's up to the doctor to rescue the situation that the faulty scheduling created - and not to just compound it by trying to blow in and out of the visit in a machine-like manner! Conversely, just keep operating the same way and get mediocre reviews...

It was my first visit to the Kennedy Whire Orthopedic Center. I was very impressed wirh Dr. Chin. He not only explained everything in detail, but gave suggestions and listened to my concerns. Excellent visit.

Excellent orthopedic surgeon who specializes in oncologic and spinal surgery. He is extremely professional, and has a very kind and compassionate, bedside manner. He performed procedure on my spine this morning to get me out of pain and save an to get me out of pain and save a vertebrae from collapsing, and now I want to do cartwheels!

Great doctor/surgeon

I saw Dr. Chin this morning, after he put an I.M. nail in my femur over 2 weeks ago due to a fall. He had no answers about what I can expect with pain decreasing, when I can walk without aid, ect. He just said I can shower & drive the next day. He also said some people live with a walker all their lives. Huh? My husband was there, & we both thought why didn't Dr. Chin do a hip replacement? Full recovery with this, as I've had one. Unfortunately, I go back for follow-up with him in 2 months.

I have not found anyone at Kennedy white Orthopedic Center to have excellent bedside manner. Dr Chen was to give me a second opinion and when I saw him today I could tell he was exhausted.

Had appointment nurse took me to the room waited 45 minutes Dr did not come in. Left room and went to checkout desk told lady what happened. She just smiled and asked if I needed a revisit. I said NO No.

So far I’ve been happy with Dr. Chin. He has answered my questions.

I’ve had three appointments with Dr Chin. The average wait time for the seeing the Dr is At least 45 minutes, and the contact time has been an average of 5 minutes. It appears he is overbooked.

Dr Chen is excellent but the time to get in to see him is atrocious. Kennedy White is trying to take care of too many folks and the service level shows. Would not recommend your group and will look elsewhere for future needs.
